ManaTech is a custom application development company based in New Zealand. When we refer to “ManaTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean ManaTech and its founders, Charlie Brown and Bree Sturges.

  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details on our systems.

  • Send follow-up communications related to your enquiry (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Process payments and manage billing

When you submit your details through an advertisement or contact form, you may receive automated email follow-ups from us. These emails are designed to help us understand your needs and offer relevant assistance.

Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop contacting you promptly.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted third-party services solely to operate our business:

  • Google — Analytics and advertising (anonymised usage data)
  • Meta (Facebook) — Advertising and lead form processing
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Supabase — Secure database hosting
  • Vercel — Website hosting
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI-assisted email responses (your data is not used to train AI models)

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers provided by Supabase and Vercel. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Role-based access controls
  • Regular review of security practices

Some of our service providers operate overseas. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside New Zealand, subject to comparable privacy protections.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Measure website traffic and usage patterns (Google Analytics)
  • Track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (Meta Pixel, Reddit Pixel, Google Ads)
