Most ManaTech projects fall in the $5k–$25k NZD range for the build, plus an optional $1–3k/month retainer for support and feature development. We scope every project as a fixed-price engagement so you know the total cost up front. The discovery call gives you a rough number within 48 hours.
Do you only work with NZ-based businesses?
No. ManaTech is based in NZ and most of our clients are NZ SMBs, but we work with businesses globally. The remote nature of custom software means location is rarely a constraint. We have shipped projects for clients in Australia, the UK, and the US.
How long does a discovery call take?
The discovery call is 30 minutes. We use it to understand your operation, identify the highest-impact opportunity, and decide whether ManaTech is a good fit. There is no pitch and no obligation — about 30% of discovery calls end with us recommending you NOT build anything yet.
What happens after the discovery call?
If there is a fit, you receive a written proposal within 48 hours covering scope, fixed price, timeline, and expected business outcomes. If you accept, we schedule a kick-off and begin discovery the following week. Most projects ship to production within 4–12 weeks.
